did my morning measurement but I needed to redo it as it had not worked properly. Second time I did it got a much more sensible result. Needed to delete the first one but went and deleted yesterdays - doh! Now I did not back up my ipod to itunes yesterday although I do know the reading as I emailed from the app to myself. Is there any way of putting a reading back on the ithlete app? If not do I have to wait a month or a week before I get the weekly and monthly comparisons?

Hi Darren
I don't consider that one accidental deletion makes you an idiot!
There's no way currently to re-insert the deleted reading - I'm afraid it's really gone from the app, but the good news is that the weekly and monthly change indications are based on the (blue) moving average line, which will interpolate, and take the average of the two readings either side of the one you deleted. So it won't affect the weekly and monthly comparisons much at all.
