I received my ithlete 10 days ago and did a light week of training to establish my baseline.
This question is about one of the athletes I train...
I got him to buy the ithlete so we can better monitor his training (actually, I got 2 of my athletes to buy it
Right now, he's training fairly hard for his upcoming MMA fight.
We're not going to lower training intensity, so should we just start taking the measurements every morning or would it be more valuable to wait after the fight?
Or maybe reset the ithlete after the fight to establish a baseline?

Hi Eric, and welcome to the ithlete Forum,
It's a good question that you raise. The baseline continuously adapts so you can start using it any time, but with your athlete preparing for an upcoming fight, I would suggest to just use it in 'data capture' mode, ie take the morning readings but don't change anything based on them as you say. In this way, you will have a set of pre-fight readings with which to compare the next preparation. You should also see the impact of the fight itself and recovery afterwards. The recovery numbers will be comparable to your own light training week.
